We are looking for a Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse to join our team in Western Montérégie

This position requires careful attention to detail, as well as the ability to handle complex situations with skill and compassion.

Assignment :

• To provide quality nursing care to patients.
• Assess patients' medical and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure effective communication with families regarding patient health status and needs.
• Participate in case management to ensure continuity of care, particularly in home care or assisted living settings.

Requirements

• DEC diploma in nursing and valid practice permit.
• Minimum one year of experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of patient care.
