JOB OFFER – Clinical Nurses

Workplace : Remote regions (North Shore, Outaouais, James Bay, etc.)
Start date: As soon as possible

SFT Services is looking fornurses and clinical nurses to fill mandates in obstetrics, emergency, intensive care, medicine, surgery and dispensaries in various remote regions. We offer a stimulating, human work environment focused on the quality of local care.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care to patients in a hospital environment.
• Assess patients' medical and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure effective communication with families regarding patient health status and needs.
• Participate in case management to ensure continuity of care.
• Train and supervise auxiliary staff, as appropriate.

Requirements:

• College Diploma (DEC) in Nursing.
• Member in good standing of theOrder of Nurses of Quebec (OIIQ).
• Previous experience in the targeted department.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Organizational skills, professionalism and autonomy.
