Location: Forestville and Escoumins in North Shore, Quebec

About the mandate:

SFT Services is looking for a Social worker to secure a position within the healthcare network on the beautiful North Shore. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele in a stimulating environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Assess the psychosocial situation of users and their families.
• Intervening with clients in difficulty (mental health, addiction, youth, elderly people, etc.).
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
• To provide support and guidance to users throughout their healthcare journey.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in social work or social service.
• Member in good standing of theOrder of Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapists of Quebec (OTSTCFQ).
• Having good experience with SAD.
• Having acquired and mastered the OCCI and SyMo training.
• Know I-CLSC.
• Training and assessment of the protection plan must be done or the person undertakes to do it from the start of their employment.
• Being respectful, open-minded, enjoying teamwork, being transparent, having integrity, and being computer literate is mandatory, etc.
