Shift: Night
Start date: September 7th to September 14th, 2025

About the mandate:

SFT Services is looking for’'nurses to fill mandates in emergency and block U. We offer a stimulating, humane work environment focused on the quality of local care.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care to patients in a hospital environment.
• Assess patients' medical and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure effective communication with families regarding patient health status and needs.
• Participate in case management to ensure continuity of care.
• Train and supervise auxiliary staff, as appropriate.

Requirements:

• College Diploma (DEC) in Nursing.
• Member in good standing of theOrder of Nurses of Quebec (OIIQ).
• Critical Care Experience
• Mandatory training for clinical technicians
• Knowledge of MedUrge is essential to begin the assignment process.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Organizational skills, professionalism and autonomy.
