- Nurse – Bonus of 250$*
- Non-nursing professional (social worker, special educator, etc.) – Bonus of 300$*
- Nursing Assistant – Bonus of 100$*
- Beneficiary attendant – Bonus of 100$*
You can refer as many employees as you like. We will analyze your referral and pay you the amount corresponding to the bonus awarded.
The referral program is only available to SFT Healthcare Services employees. You must be an active employee to qualify for the referral bonus.
*For each referred employee; after 30 shifts completed by the referred employee.
*This bonus is awarded following the evaluation of the referred employee after a period of thirty (30) days following the hiring date.
*Evaluation criteria include, but are not limited to: punctuality, respect for availability, respect for accepted work shifts.
